Our speaker is Miss Carmera Thomas, who has done some wonderful work with the Baltimore Waterfront Partnership!

For those who may not know, they are the folks who oversee the waterfront parks, and manage attractions like the inner harbor ice rink, the Walter Sondheim Fountain and the award winning Pierce’s Park!
They also have taken on the formidable challenge of making the inner harbor swimmable and fishable by 2020!
